Every paid audit and every Monitor subscription comes with a 30-day, unconditional, full refund. No forms, no conditions, no partial credits.
How it works
Email support@answermirror.com within 30 days of your purchase and say you’d like a refund. That’s it. We’ll confirm and return the full amount to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Why unconditional
Our reports are AI-generated analysis, and AI answers vary from run to run. If your audit wasn’t worth the price to you, you shouldn’t pay for it. We’d rather earn trust than keep $29.
The free check
The free Mirror Check costs nothing, so there’s nothing to refund.
